Motion sickness is also known as ‘travel sickness’. Some people are uncomfortable and feel nauseated while traveling on road, sea, or air. This happens when there is a conflict between the inner ear, eyes, and the body.

Spices: Grind spices such as coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, and black pepper and use this combination of spices to cook vegetables or sprinkle it on warm vegetable soup and drink it. These spices help to enhance the digestive and immune system. They also help in clearing the sinuses.

Steam: Inhaling steam is one of the most effective home remedy to help the mucus flow out easily. Boil water in a wide pot. Then bend and put your face above the pot. Use a towel to cover yourself so that the steam does not escape. Inhale the steam slowly through nose and mouth for a few minutes.
