Belching means releasing gas from the stomach through the mouth. This happens when a person swallows air while eating food. This gulped air is brought out due to the discomfort in the stomach that causes you to belch. When the air in the stomach is belched out, it gives relief to the stomach.

Sometimes belching is caused due to Acid Reflux or Gastro- Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). When this acid from the stomach comes up to the esophagus, it causes burning sensation in that area. Belching can be prevented by proper care and with the help of Ayurvedic remedies.

  • You should eat slowly and chew the food well before swallowing.
  • You should eat small quantity of meals five to six times instead of eating three large meals.
  • You should drink plenty of water daily.
  • You should restrict drinking carbonated and alcoholic drinks.
  • You should avoid chewing gum.
  • You should eat and sleep on time.
  • You should avoid smoking and other tobacco products.
  • You should not wear tight fitting clothes.

Following an Ayurvedic diet is necessary to treat any kind of ailments especially for proper digestion. Improper digestion cannot only cause belching and flatulence but also several serious health disorders. Ayurvedic diet recommends avoiding the intake of certain foods like tea, coffee, dairy products, and chocolates. You should also avoid intake of certain vegetables like cabbage and onions. Whole grain and sprouts can also cause belching. You should avoid these foods when you have discomfort in the stomach.

Bishop’s seed: Use the combination of bishop’s seed, dry ginger, and black salt and grind these to powder. Then, have 1 teaspoon of the powder, mixed in a glass of water, daily. This remedy will take care of belching. You can also use bishop’s seed, lemon juice, and dry ginger to get relief from gastric problems.

Asafetida: Include asafetida to flavor you dishes which will also take care of your gastric troubles. If you are having abdominal pain, make a paste using asafetida and water and apply it on the stomach.

Ginger: Chew and eat a small piece of fresh ginger after each meal to prevent gastric problems in your stomach. You can also have a drink prepared with dry ginger, a pinch of black salt and asafetida to tackle the problem of gas in the stomach.

You can prevent gas forming in the stomach and belching by following an Ayurvedic diet and natural home remedies. These have no side effects and can be used safely.

Sleep is very important for every human being. The inability to sleep is commonly known as sleep disorders. Some people suffer from sleep disturbances for a short period which can last between one night and one to two weeks while some people suffer from acute sleep disorders that can last between one and six months. According to Ayurveda, sleep disorder is caused due to imbalance of Vata dosha. Ayurveda Heartburn Cure

Heartburn is caused when the acid of the stomach refluxes to the food pipe (esophagus). When this happens, it causes a burning sensation in the throat and chest. When the acid refluxes to the food pipe, it damages the lining of the food pipe that causes the burning sensation. This is termed as ‘acid reflux’.

Acid reflux can be caused due to lack of sleep, going to sleep just after having food, and overeating. Acid reflux can also cause without burning sensation. Harad: This Ayurvedic herb is taken after every meal to prevent acidity.

Dengue Fever

Dengue Fever can be treated with Ayurvedic Herbs

Dengue is a virus carried and spread by mosquitoes. If it is not treated on time or left untreated, dengue can affect your health very seriously and can also cause death. There are three types of dengue fever – classic dengue fever, dengue hemorrhagic fever, and dengue shock fever. All the three types of dengue fever go up to 105 degree Fahrenheit.

A person having dengue fever has the symptoms of severe headache with pain behind the eyes, feeling of nausea and vomiting, severe joint pains, and rashes on the body especially on the chest and limbs. Unlike classic dengue fever, dengue hemorrhagic fever and dengue shock fever are very dangerous to health. These two types are very complicated in nature because of vascular problems. If not treated on time, these can even cause death.

Ayurvedic herbs can help in curing dengue fever. These natural herbs should be taken properly and regularly. Natural herbs are a good home remedy that can cure dengue fever.

Neem: Neem is beneficial in curing dengue diseases. Neem can be applied externally for any ailments. Neem acts as a good purifying agent. All parts of the neem tree can be applied on the body. However, the best method is to make a tonic from the neem leaves and apply it on the body with a warm damp cloth, twice or thrice a day. The dosages should be 20 gm to 60 gm.

Basil: Basil leaves can be boiled in water and drank. Basil leaves can be added to tea also and drunk to prevent the dengue and malaria viruses affecting the body. This bitter decoction is capable of strengthening the internal organs to fight against dengue fever. You can add a cardamom in it to have a better taste. Dengue and malaria are spread mostly in rainy season; therefore, you can take precaution beforehand by drinking the decoction for a week.

Fenugreek: Fenugreek leaves can be added in the tea. Drink this herbal tea which can sooth and clean the internal system of the body.

Coriander: Coriander leaves are taken in the form of tonic to get relief from dengue fever.

As these are simple home remedies that can be prepared by anyone, use these Ayurvedic Herbs to prevent dengue fever from affecting your body. Diabetes is a health disorder. The number of diabetic patients is rapidly increasing in this world. Diabetes is a disease that needs to be treated in proper manner.
